"How do you choose the brow shape and colour?"
We work with you to create the perfect brow shape to suit your face and natural features. Before we begin, we'll carefully map your brows and discuss your preferred style, whether you like a soft, natural look or something more defined.
We'll also colour-match the pigment to complement your skin tone, hair colour, and existing brows. Nothing starts until you're completely happy with the shape and colour.
"I don't want a slug-looking brow or a brow that doesn't suit me"
This is the most common concern for all of our clients. Chantelle specialises in natural-looking results which you can see on this page and our Instagram.
Some PMU artists have a bolder style, which is why you'll see different kinds of results when looking around online.
A treatment with Chantelle is designed to suit your natural features and if Chantelle didn't think you were suitable, then she wouldn't take you on as a client.

"Who is not suitable for semi-permanent brows?"
Most people are suitable for treatment, but it's not suitable if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have certain medical conditions, are taking specific medications, or have active skin conditions around the brow area.
Please let Chantelle know upon enquiring if you are taking any medication and we'll go through a full consultation beforehand to ensure the treatment is safe and suitable for you.
